As the news of 2Baba and Annie Idibia’s divorce continues to make headlines, a woman who lived close to Annie has shared her personal observations about their marriage. Roberta Edu took to Facebook to express her thoughts, revealing that she had known Annie before she married 2Baba.
According to Roberta, she lived in the same neighborhood as Annie in Ajah, Lagos, and had witnessed firsthand the impact that 2Baba had on Annie’s life.
Roberta claimed that Annie’s relationship with 2Baba was her ultimate goal, and that she had sacrificed a lot to be with him.”Being with 2Baba is the only thing Annie ever dreamed of and wanted for life,” Roberta wrote. “Leaving him would break her into pieces. That girl has no solid friendships, family, life, or identity outside of 2Baba.”
