Nollywood actress Toyosi Adesanya has shared a heart-wrenching account of her failed 15-year marriage and a near-death experience. In an emotional interview with colleague Bimpe Akintunde, Toyosi recounted the struggles she faced in her husband’s house, including fetching water from a well.
Toyosi revealed that Bimpe had visited her in Akure and brought foodstuffs to support her during that challenging time. Despite her efforts to make the marriage work, Toyosi claimed that her husband allowed external influences to ruin their relationship.
The actress also shared a harrowing experience where she was almost assassinated, but escaped, and someone else died in her place. Toyosi expressed her gratitude for her life and stated that she has no plans to remarry, having already had a court wedding with her ex-husband.
