May Edochie, a Nollywood actress and ex-wife of actor Yul Edochie, has revealed that she turned down several lucrative film offers despite substantial pay.
In a recent interview, May Edochie shared her selective approach to her craft, prioritizing quality over financial gain, stating, “For the past two years, I’ve received scripts and mouth-watering offers, but I rejected everything.”
She made her Nollywood debut in Omoni Oboli’s film “Uprising” last month, initially hesitant to accept the role. Confident in her versatility, May Edochie declared, “I’m a master of all trades… there’s a whole lot I can do if I put my mind to it.” Her principles and discerning approach to her acting career have sparked interest in the Nollywood film industry.
