Nigerian actor Damola Olatunji has taken to social media to express his frustration over being misunderstood. In a video shared on his Instagram page, Olatunji emphasized that his silence should not be mistaken for weakness.
The actor clarified that he is not one to seek unnecessary publicity or chase clout. However, he feels compelled to speak out due to the current circumstances. Olatunji stressed that his decision to remain silent and let things slide does not mean he lacks knowledge or conviction.
“I’m not the type to chase clout or engage in unnecessary publicity, but the way things are going, I need to speak out,” Olatunji said. “Just because I don’t talk or react doesn’t mean I don’t have my truth or don’t know what I’m doing. Enough is enough; it’s time to come out straight and say my truth.”
