Movie star Uche Ogbodo has posted a poignant message on Instagram, announcing that she and her husband have lost their stores.
While the exact reason for the loss is not specified, Uche conveyed her profound grief, mentioning that she has been suffering for months.
She also shared old videos of her store, describing the experience as watching her heart bleed.
Uche expressed her deep emotions, admitting that she feels like a failure after losing her hard work, dedication, and years of effort in a single moment. She revealed that both her store, @bodygangsocietyy, and her husband’s store, @bme_wines, were impacted.
Uche admitted to sinking into self-pity, crying daily, and struggling to understand her mistakes without success. Despite the immense grief and shock, she vowed to recover and credited God for her strength. She also expressed profound gratitude for her husband’s support during this challenging period and promised not to give up.
She shared a video of her first shop, @bodygangsocietyy, at night, saying, “Watching this video breaks my heart. I’ve been in deep pain for months. I miss my shop dearly.
I lost everything—my hard work, my sweat, my tears, and years of prayers invested in building @bodygangsocietyy—all gone in the blink of an eye.”

“How can I fail when I have only just started? It is well! We Give God all the Glory & praise. I’ve been wallowing in self-pity, crying every day, trying to know my mistakes, but I can’t seem to figure it out. The shock is overwhelming for me. I’m too afraid to look at hubby’s face, too cos. I know his heart is bleeding, too, but he is masking his pain to keep me Strong. But we will be Back Stronger, I promise! God Help Me. @bodygangsocietyy @bme_wines we are not giving Up!,” she wrote.
