The CEO of Eezee Conceptz, Dr. Ezekiel ThankGod, has publicly called out his former artist, Mercy Chinwo, for her alleged bullying and deceptive tactics.
According to Dr. Ezekiel, Mercy Chinwo has been manipulating institutions and using her influence to tarnish his reputation, despite the substantial amount of money she has received from his record label.
Dr. Ezekiel revealed that Mercy Chinwo has received a whopping $625,000 from Eezee Conceptz, yet she continues to claim that she never earned anything from the label. He also accused her of lying to the public and speaking negatively about him and his label.
The CEO of Eezee Conceptz shared a detailed account of how Mercy Chinwo pursued him for years, desperate to sign with his label. He recalled how he housed her for months before securing an apartment for her, and how she eventually breached their contract by failing to deliver a third album and withholding funds meant for the label.
Dr. Ezekiel expressed his disappointment and hurt, stating that Mercy Chinwo’s actions are in stark contrast to the gospel values she claims to represent. “While claiming and singing it all for Jesus, your actions paint a different picture,” he wrote.
The music executive also revealed that he had proposed a reconciliation meeting and even suggested an independent audit for transparency, but Mercy Chinwo refused. Instead, she continued to use her influence to bully and intimidate him.
