An Oyinbo man and woman have caused controversy on social media platform, Instagram after they were seen in the street dancing to the viral TikTok challange “Gwo gwo gwo ngwo,” originating from a 41-year-old hit track by Mike Ejeagha.

According to the video, others that were passing were confused about what they were doing as they flawlessly executed the challenge. The “Gwo gwo gwo ngwo” dance challenge became popular on social media after Nigerian comedian Brain Jotter initiated it. The challenge involves two participants facing opposite directions, making synchronized leg movements to the song. Many Nigerian celebrities, including Yemi Alade, Nosa Rex, Taaooma, Woli Agba, and Kie Kie, have also joined the trend.
