Nollywood actor and comedian AY Comedian has reacted angrily to a fake video circulating online that appears to show him kissing May Edochie, the estranged wife of Yul Edochie.
The video, which was clearly generated using artificial intelligence (AI), shows AY Comedian and May Edochie in a compromising position during a flight to the UK for the premiere of his movie, “The Waiter”.
AY Comedian took to social media to express his outrage over the fake video, calling on the perpetrators to use their talents for good instead of spreading malicious content.
He wrote: “Dear Online Innovators, instead of using your creativity to tear people down, let’s focus on building each other up. Every action has consequences, and when we choose to sabotage others, we only perpetuate a cycle of negativity and destruction.”
AY Comedian also referenced a previous incident where actress Alex Unusual was bullied online for allegedly having a relationship with him.
He added: “Must you all chase away everyone working with me or trying to earn an honest living through me? Let’s come together to support each other’s hustles, celebrate our achievements, and inspire a culture of innovation and respect.”
