A woman faced significant backlash from Nigerians on social media after sharing family Christmas photos in which she bought new pajamas for everyone except her stepson, who wore last year’s pajamas. The images went viral, with many criticizing her for apparent favoritism and insensitivity towards her stepchild.
In response, the boy’s mother publicly criticized her ex-partner and his current partner for excluding her son from the family Christmas photo. She expressed her frustration over her child being dressed in mismatched pajamas while the rest of the family wore coordinated sets, interpreting this as a deliberate act of exclusion.
She wrote :Very much didn’t leave him out of nunnnnn! & I don’t do this internet sh!t. One thing ion play about is HER child wayyy before I had mines to!!. His daddy couldn’t find any and we already had our pjs and I also said I didn’t feel comfortable with him not matching but it was tooo late because our shoot was literally mins away & i DEFINITELY didn’t know he was going to be in our pictures and the MOTHER THAT IAM I WOULD NEVERRRRRRRR EVERRRR LEAVE HIM OUT OF NUN & I never did. & as many times as this girl said FVCK MY KIDS I NEVER TREATED HIM DIFFERENTLY TF!
