In a recent interview, Biodun revealed that her passion for acting was crushed by the frustrating experiences she faced with marketers who demanded sexual favors in exchange for roles. Biodun recounted how the marketers sabotaged her career, making her life miserable and eventually forcing her to walk away from the industry. “They blacklisted me for refusing to give in to their demands. They told producers to stop casting me in movies and even went as far as removing my face from a movie poster where I played the lead role,” she shared.
The actress confessed that the experience left her with a deep-seated hatred for the job she once loved. “I developed so much hatred for acting that I started turning down roles. It was a painful experience, but I’m grateful to have found happiness again,” she said.
