Fuji legend King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, popularly known as KWAM 1, has shown appreciation for his longest serving band member, Fatai Oluperi Ayinla, with a generous gift of N20 million.
The presentation took place during the New Year Dance concert at the Balmoral Convention Center Sheraton Ikeja, Lagos, on January 1. KWAM 1 praised Oluperi Ayinla’s dedication and invaluable contribution to the band’s growth.
The crowd erupted in cheers as KWAM 1 handed over the N20 million check to Oluperi Ayinla. Additionally, Femi Adebayo, the producer of Seven Doors, donated N500,000 to Oluperi Ayinla.
This heartwarming gesture has sparked praise from fans and fellow musicians, with many commending KWAM 1 for rewarding loyalty and dedication.
