The film, which is still showing in many cinemas across Nigeria, has been getting a lot of hype, and Toyin is thrilled to see her hard work paying off.
In a video shared on her Instagram page, Toyin thanks her fans for their support, saying “Hm GOD did it I WON. Thank you so much, IKEJA.” She also appreciates her fans and supporters who came to the cinema to watch the movie with her and Bimbo Ademoye.
This achievement is a big deal for Toyin, especially after she appealed to Nigerians to avoid pirating her movie just a week ago. She had revealed that someone was caught recording her movie at the cinema, but she intervened and had the person released.
Toyin’s success is not limited to this one movie. She has come a long way in her career, and her hard work is evident in her achievements. Last year, she slammed a fan of Funke Akindele for putting down her hard work, and in December, she revealed that she made N134 million after just seven days at the cinema in 2024, compared to N52 million in 2023.
