Celebrity stylist Toyin Lawani has opened up about her ongoing health struggles, sharing a heartfelt video update on her Instagram page.
Lawani, who underwent major surgery during the filming of Real Housewives of Lagos, reflected on her journey with degenerative spine disease. “It’s been a year and a half now… battling this condition, and all I can say is thank You God for His miracles, mercy, and blessings on me and my family,” she wrote. The mother of three expressed gratitude for God’s presence in her life, acknowledging the challenges she’s faced. “Healing can take years and years… It’s been treatments upon treatments,” she said.
Lawani shared her personal struggles to encourage others, emphasizing the importance of faith and perseverance. “Sometimes we don’t see the miracles until we take a step back and watch the journey,” she noted. The fashion icon is working on the next phase of her healing journey and promises to share more soon.
