As Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) Season 9, “No Loose Guard,” heads into its third week, the Nelita pair, consisting of Anita and Nelly, has been named the new Heads of House (HoH).
The selection process, which began on the morning of August 12, saw Nelita receive the most votes, securing their position for the week.
Gistme9ja reports indicate that Nelita received 8 out of 12 votes in the ballot.
As is customary, the new Heads of House are tasked with managing the house and overseeing daily activities for the upcoming week.
Although the HoH position does not grant immunity or the power to save and replace housemates, it does provide access to the Head of House Condo and the ability to select guests for it.
For this week, Nelita has chosen the Chekas, Onyeka and Chizoba, as their Condo guests, surprising many who expected them to select their romantic interests, the Aces.
Previously, the Ndi Nne pair held the Head of House role but were evicted on the night of August 11.
