Retired investigative journalist Kemi Olunloyo has officially forgiven Afrobeat singer Davido, detailing the grievances she held against him over the years.

In an Instagram post, Olunloyo announced her decision to forgive Davido, following years of negative reporting about him. She revealed that the “Unavailable” singer had disrespected her in three tweets on October 20, 2018, to his 8 million followers, calling her a mad woman, a drug addict, and making sexually derogatory remarks. These attacks followed her report on his breakup with Chioma.
Olunloyo accused Davido of damaging her brand and reputation, noting that despite numerous industry insiders urging him to apologize, he never did. She declared that she would no longer cover any news related to Davido, extending her best wishes to him, Chioma, their twins, his other children, and their upcoming baby, hoping they thrive as a happy family.
