Nigerian crossdresser James Chukwueze Obialor has responded to the release of his senior peer, Okuneye Idris Olanrewaju, popularly known as Bobrisky.
Bobrisky, who had been sentenced to six months in prison for misuse of naira notes, made headlines with his release on Monday, August 5.
James Brown, who has had a contentious relationship with Bobrisky, used his Instagram story to address the excitement surrounding Bobrisky’s return.
The skit maker referred to the self-styled “Mummy of Lagos” as a “red queen” and mentioned that some parts of heaven celebrated the news.
James Brown, the outspoken crossdresser, expressed hope that Bobrisky would return as a reformed individual, free from further controversies. He also suggested that Bobrisky might soon embark on a quest for revenge.
In his statement:
Hi, darlings, good morning. Congrats to us and all the community of silvers. It is called silver. Your red queen, your dark queen, has come out. Yes. Some parts of heaven are rejoicing, while the other are… Let’s pray they come back in peace. I know there are some people he wants to take revenge on, but yeah.”
