Nigerian street-hop singer Candy Bleakz has opened up about the arrest of popular content creator Kolu in the United Kingdom after an incident at the airport.

In a video circulating online, Candy Bleakz explained that Kolu had travelled to the UK under her sponsorship.

According to the singer, she had clearly warned him before the trip about the importance of strictly following travel rules and immigration conditions. She stressed that any violation could have serious consequences for both of them, especially since she was responsible for his trip.

How the Incident Happened

Recounting the events, Candy Bleakz said the issue began while they were preparing to board a flight. At that point, Kolu reportedly realized he could not find his passport.

The singer said she advised him to stay calm and carefully search for the missing document.

When it became clear that the passport could not be found immediately, she suggested that they properly inform airport officials and handle the situation the right way.

However, things allegedly took a different turn.

According to Candy Bleakz, Kolu became agitated and confrontational at the airport instead of cooperating with authorities. She claimed that despite her repeated attempts to calm him down, he did not listen.

She explained that his reaction escalated the situation, leading airport authorities to detain and eventually arrest him.

Efforts to Secure His Release

Candy Bleakz further revealed that she spent hours at the police station trying to explain the situation to officials. She reportedly told them that Kolu may not have fully understood the seriousness of the circumstances and urged them to reconsider detaining him.

Despite her efforts, she said authorities refused to release him.

The singer also expressed concern over the possibility of deportation. According to her, being deported from the UK could negatively affect Kolu’s travel history and potentially damage his chances of obtaining visas in the future.

Candy Bleakz Reacts

Speaking emotionally in the video, Candy Bleakz emphasized that she had taken responsibility for bringing Kolu to the UK and had warned him that failing to return to Nigeria as expected could have serious implications for her.

She maintained that the situation could have been resolved calmly if proper communication had taken place at the airport.

As of the time of this report, there has been no official statement from UK authorities regarding the incident, and Kolu has yet to publicly address the matter.

The development has since sparked conversations online, with many social media users sharing mixed reactions to the incident.

“Kolu has been arrested in the UK after fighting with UK police and immigration officers because he couldn’t find his passport.”
