In an exclusive interview with popular blogger Stella Dimoko Korkus, Natasha Osawaru, the new partner of Nigerian music legend 2Face, addressed some of the controversies surrounding their relationship.
One of the most talked-about topics was the beads 2Face has been wearing, which his mother claimed were “diabolical” and controlled by Natasha. However, Natasha explained that the beads were actually a gift from her mother, representing her royal heritage.
Natasha revealed that the beads, called “EZENEKA,” symbolize a princess from a royal family and were given to her on her birthday. She also clarified that 2Face liked the beads and chose to wear them, and that there was nothing sinister or juju-related about them.
The interview also touched on Natasha’s personality and energy, with some people alleging that she takes substances to get high. Natasha dismissed these claims, saying she’s always been a jovial and energetic person, and that her focus is on her career.
“Those beads were given to me on my birthday, they represent a Princess from a Royal family… The pearl on his neck was given to me by my grandad, the queen of England gave it to him when she was alive… They are just traditional beads, he liked them and wore them, there is nothing to it and are not diabolical and do not also contain juju…” – Natasha Osawaru
When asked about the social media accounts in her name, Natasha explained that they were managed by her team, and that she doesn’t personally use social media.
