A circulating video has exposed a shocking scam involving two fraudsters posing as regulatory officers demanding “POS” permits from unsuspecting Nigerians.

Fraudsters

The video captures the fraudsters attempting to extort money from a lady, who calmly engages them in her Yoruba dialect, ultimately exposing their fraudulent scheme.

The Scam Unveiled

In the video, the two fraudsters approach a woman operating a POS terminal, claiming to be from a regulatory body.

They insist that she must have a “POS” permit to continue her business, demanding a payment to avoid any “penalties.”

The woman, however, remains calm and skeptical, questioning their legitimacy in her native Yoruba language.

Her composed demeanor and sharp questioning eventually reveal that the men have no official authority, causing them to retreat hastily.
