Nollywood actor Bolanle Ninalowo has opened up about his close bond with his 18-year-old daughter, Aliyah. In a recent interview with VJ Adams, he shared his thoughts on why he allowed her to get her navel pierced.
Bolanle revealed that Aliyah had initially asked to pierce her tongue, but he felt uneasy about that choice. However, when she asked to pierce her navel instead, he agreed, reasoning that a navel ring can be easily removed.
The actor reflected on his own youth, noting that he never had the courage to discuss personal matters with his father. He wanted to create a different dynamic with his daughter, showing his support and willingness to bond with her.
To demonstrate his commitment, Bolanle even drove Aliyah to the piercing place and covered the cost.
